FOR A LEARNING CENTER AT THE INSTITUTE OF AMERICAN INDIAN ARTS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct a lifelong learning center at the institute of American Indian arts in Santa Fe county.
