FOR CHANGING THE
PURPOSE OF A GENERAL FUND APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO
OF NAMBE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.
Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) of the
balance of the general fund appropriation made to the New Mexico office of
Indian affairs pursuant to Subsection D of Section 34 of Chapter 23 of Laws
2000 (2nd S.S.) for improvements at the Nambe pueblo community center in Nambe
in Santa Fe county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is
appropriated to renovate the church, the head start building and the senior
center at the Pueblo of Nambe in Santa Fe county.
