FOR LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS FOR THE SOCCER FIELD ON THE ACTIVITY FIELD NORTH OF BRAINARD PARK FOR THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY .

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install lighting and electrical outlets for the soccer field on the activity field north of Brainard park for the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
