FOR A SIGN FOR THE WALTER GERRELLS PERFORMING ARTS AND EXHIBITION CENTER IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) for the purchase and installation of a sign for the Walter Gerrells performing arts and exhibition center in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
