FOR SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUNDS IN THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to improve the playgrounds for the Carlsbad municipal school district elementary schools in Eddy county.
