FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MAIN STREET STREETSCAPE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fourteen thousand five hundred dollars ($14,500) for improvements to the main street streetscape construction project in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
