FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PLAZA AT SAN JOSE PARK IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the plaza at San Jose park in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
