FOR A MUNICIPAL TRANSIT SYSTEM FACILITY IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($160,000) for design and construction of a municipal transit system facility in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
