FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS IN HOMES OF INDIGENT FAMILIES IN THE COYOTE CANYON CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and install photovoltaic systems in the homes of indigent families in the Coyote Canyon chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
