FOR A YOUTH CENTER CONSORTIUM IN TIERRA CONTENTA IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct phase 1 of a collaborative model teen and family services multipurpose center in Tierra Contenta in Santa Fe county.
