FOR PLANNING AND DESIGNING IMPROVEMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan and design improvements, including to streets, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, lighting and the plaza, for downtown Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
