FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE UPPER ARROYO HONDO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for a chain link fence, fire hydrants and shutoff valves and upgrades to the well system for the Upper Arroyo Hondo mutual domestic water consumers association in Taos county.
