FOR THE FINAL PHASE OF THE TAOS YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTER IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to construct the final phase of the Taos youth and family center in Taos county.
