FOR IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LUMBERTON MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) for improvements for the Lumberton mutual domestic water consumers association in Rio Arriba county.
