FOR A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE ENTRANCE TO ESPANOLA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for a traffic signal at the entrance to Espanola Valley high school in Rio Arriba county.
