FOR A LOW-WATER CONCRETE CROSSING FOR ARROYO DE LOS BARRANCOS IN LA MESILLA IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to construct a low-water concrete crossing for arroyo de Los Barrancos on county road 126 in La Mesilla in Rio Arriba county.
