FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR EDGEWOOD IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct a wastewater sewer system for Edgewood in Santa Fe county;

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to design, purchase materials for and pave a section of county road 8 in Edgewood in Santa Fe county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and build infrastructure and construct a municipal building for Edgewood in Santa Fe county; and

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to plan, design and construct the aquatics and recreational center, including pedestrian and equestrian trails and a BMX park for pedal power bicycles, in the east mountain area of Edgewood in Santa Fe county.
