FOR RENOVATIONS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE MANZANO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for renovation of the water system, including the spring, dam and ditches, for the Manzano mutual domestic water consumers association in Torrance county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase equipment, including a backhoe and utility vehicle, for the Manzano mutual domestic water consumers association in Torrance county.
