FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE OSCAR HUBER MEMORIAL BALLPARK IN MADRID IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan and design improvements, including restoring the grandstand and retaining walls, to the Oscar Huber memorial ballpark in Madrid in Santa Fe county.
