FOR A MONUMENT TO BLACKDOM TOWNSHIP IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a monument to Blackdom township in Roswell in Chaves county.
