FOR EXPANDING THE
PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE HEIGHTS
COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 1 of Section 22 of Chapter
110 of Laws 2002 to make improvements to the Heights community center in
Albuquerque in Bernalillo county may also be expended to plan and design
improvements to the Heights community center.
