FOR DESIGN OF A WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEM FOR THE DONA ANA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the design of a water and wastewater system for the Dona Ana mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
