FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING POWERLINES FOR THE TOHATCHI CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to plan, design and construct powerlines for the Tohatchi chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county.
