SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION AND REAUTHORIZING AND APPROPRIATING FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY ROADS IN THE CONCHAS LAKE AREA IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.
The project authorized in Subsection 81
of Section 15 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the department of environment for
water mains and line improvements for Big Mesa water cooperative in Conchas dam
in San Miguel county is void. The state
board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds upon certification by
the state highway and transportation department that the need exists for the
issuance of the bonds in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to the state
highway and transportation department for improvements to county roads in the
Conchas lake area in San Miguel county.
