FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A COMMUNICATIONS AND DISTANCE LEARNING PROJECT AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct a communications and distance learning infrastructure project at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
