FOR PHASE 3 DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY MASTER PLAN IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for phase 3 development of the city master plan in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
