FOR UPGRADING THE FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM AT THE NOR-LEA HOSPITAL IN LOVINGTON IN LEA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of health

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) for upgrading the fire suppression system at the Nor-Lea hospital in Lovington in Lea county.
