FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred twenty-six thousand sixty dollars ($126,060) for paving and curb improvements for North Abilene road in Portales in Roosevelt county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for a building addition for the Arch volunteer fire department in Roosevelt county.
