FOR A JAIL FACILITY IN RESERVE IN CATRON COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to plan, design and construct a jail facility in Reserve in Catron county.
