FOR DISTANCE EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,500) for distance education infrastructure at eastern New Mexico university in Roosevelt county.
