FOR THE BARELAS MEMORIAL PLAZA IN THE BARELAS COMMUNITY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct the Barelas memorial plaza in the community of Barelas in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
