FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A PRIMARY CARE CLINIC FOR THE SOUTH CENTRAL COLFAX COUNTY SPECIAL HOSPITAL DISTRICT IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to construct and equip a primary care clinic for the south central Colfax county special hospital district in Colfax county.
