FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND EXPANSION TO THE SEWER AND WATER LINES IN EAGLE NEST IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for the improvement and expansion of the sewer and water lines in Eagle Nest in Colfax county.
