FOR THE WEST BLUFF PARK FACILITY IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) to improve, upgrade and equip the West Bluff park facility in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
