FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred forty-three thousand three hundred dollars ($143,300) for improvements to county roads in the Big Mesa area of San Miguel county; and

one hundred twelve thousand eight hundred dollars ($112,800) for improvements to the county roads in the Sabinosa area of San Miguel county.
