FOR UPGRADING THE PARKING AREA AT THE NEW MEXICO NATIONAL GUARD PROPERTY IN TUCUMCARI IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state armory board

eleven thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($11,250) to upgrade the parking area at the New Mexico national guard property in Tucumcari in Quay county.
