FOR A PLAYGROUND IN THE DES MOINES MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN UNION COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

eighty-nine thousand three hundred dollars ($89,300) to design and develop a playground in the Des Moines municipal school district in Union county.
