REQUESTED BY Brian K. Moore

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE TEXICO MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT IN CURRY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase equipment for Texico elementary school in the Texico municipal school district in Curry county; and

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to improve and equip land and buildings for schools in the Texico municipal school district in Curry county.
