FOR DEVELOPING A MASTER PLAN FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN THE CROWNPOINT, BACA AND HUERFANO CHAPTERS OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN MCKINLEY AND SAN JUAN COUNTIES.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to develop a master plan for economic development projects, including site planning, surveys, environmental assessments and archaeological clearances, at Crownpoint, Baca and Huerfano chapters of the Navajo Nation in San Juan and McKinley counties.
