REAUTHORIZATION TO EXPAND THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR
A VETERANS' MEMORIAL FOR THE PUBLIC ARTS PARK IN GALLUP IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 165 of Section 22 of Chapter
110 of Laws 2002 to construct a veterans' memorial for the public arts park in
Gallup in McKinley county may also be expended to plan and design the veterans'
memorial in that park.
