FOR MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE LAS CRUCES PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

ten thousand one hundred dollars ($10,100) to purchase musical instruments for Highland elementary school in the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county.
