FOR PURCHASING AN EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES MANNEQUIN FOR EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY AT ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

forty-nine thousand dollars ($49,000) to purchase an emergency medical services mannequin for classroom training at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
