FOR CONSTRUCTING ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY CLASSROOMS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for constructing advanced technology classrooms at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
