FOR PURCHASING LAND FOR AND CONSTRUCTING THE HATCH HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES CENTER IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase land for and construct the Hatch health and human services center in Dona Ana county.
