REQUESTED BY Ray Begaye

FOR CONSTRUCTING A FACILITY FOR EMERGENCY RESPONSE IN THE SAN JUAN CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a facility for emergency response, including a police substation, ambulance facility, fire station and landing strip, in the San Juan chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county.
