FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A SKATEBOARD AND HOCKEY ARENA AT THE CARLSBAD RIVERWALK RECREATION CENTER IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to design and construct a skateboard and hockey arena at the Carlsbad Riverwalk recreation center in Eddy county.
