FOR PURCHASING AND INSTALLING PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT GARFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE HATCH VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install playground equipment at Garfield elementary school in the Hatch Valley public school district in Dona Ana county.
