FOR RENOVATING THE RODEO ARENA AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to renovate the rodeo arena at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
