FOR A WATER LINE FOR THE OTIS WATER USERS COOPERATIVE IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, construct and install a water line for the Otis water users cooperative in Eddy county.
