FOR LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for landscaping improvements for the city of Carlsbad in Eddy county.
